We need to speak out against federal tariffs and endless wars that raise the price of gas, groceries, and everything else. But here in Texas, we can make corporations pay their fair share to lower our property taxes, ban corporate speculators from raising the cost of housing, and put a stop to insurance and utility companies price gouging consumers.

But today, thanks to Washington politics, thousands of our neighbors are forced to choose between losing their insurance or paying sky-high premiums. I’ll fight to make healthcare more affordable, knowing the more people who have insurance, the lower the premiums are for all of us.
San Antonio has been forced to close public schools because the state has failed to fund them. It’s time to ensure our kids have safe, neighborhood schools, with qualified teachers paid a livable salary, learning the skills they need for the workforce or college, with opportunities to develop discipline, teamwork, and creative thinking through participating in sports and the arts.
Kristian doesn’t accept any money from corporate PACs, because it’s time to end the pay-for-play politics in the Capitol. Kristian will say “NO” to tax breaks for AI Data Centers and any other form of corporate welfare and stop them from passing their costs on to our tax bills.
We need to get politics out of our bedrooms and respect the right of every woman to make their own medical decisions, in consultation with their doctors. We need to get state-sanctioned religion out of our public schools and respect the faith of every Texan to teach their children as they see fit. And we need to speak up against an out-of-control ICE when it tramples on constitutional rights, separates families, and targets innocent people.
